My comment was not directed at anyone and was more an effort to keep the thread on track as so many interesting topics have deteriorated into slanging/ slagging matches in the past.

I dont believe any slanging/slagging matches will come from stating facts and business ideas. Personally I love to buy the business. Yes the name is worth peanuts due to recent management history. But that can be turned around pretty quickly with the right moves. Cost of relocation would be a killer for a QLD buyer. And as previously stated. I dont believe the business is worth the coin asked. There is less pros than cons for my situation. Would be very different for others though.
