Thanks for all the information. While looking for the factory crash pad I ended up purchasing an ok condition factory Nardi wheel which includes the Nardi crash pad. It was pretty much the same price as one of the crash pads to suit the Momo wheel. It's this style but with a Nardi horn button rather than Mazdaspeed:

1993-1995 NA8 & NA8 Clubman came with that Nardi steering wheel (with Nardi Torino horn centre) & a black leather Nardi gear knob, as opposed to the NA6 which had the Momo steering wheel & black plastic gear knob. 1996-1997 NA8 went back to a Momo steering wheel (with a different centre pad to the NA6) & a black plastic gear knob.
