The most recent lowest km oldest MX5s I can recall would be the Silverstone NA6 in NSW with about 38k kms on the clock. Think chops (Cameron of Blue Mountains Mazda) bought it in 2017. Apparently the stitching on the inside of the steering wheel was still white:

I reckon Lokiel's car would have had zero kays in the last 10 years. It is quite funny, he turned a running car into a project car (usually it is the other way around).

My NB8A with 120k on the clock with paperwork to match when I bought it, ended up with over 380k kms when I did a check with Mazda ! So over 400k kms when I traded it on my SE.
