^^^^agreed.

Probably the best thing is to take a deep breath, and let it go.
Some people just have bad days, and their behaviour is not Emily Post. It happens.

If you still feel aggrieved, then submit the video to the FB page, Dash Cams Australia.

Steady on, no need to use the "c" word!
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

True, people like this should be able to drive anyway they like, even if they are putting yours and other peoples safety at risk. No need to be a little dobbing child about it.

I once rammed a guy who tried to push in when there was no gap.

Was so satisfying I felt like a cigarette afterwards.

edit:
Just realised, the above text probably doesn't do any good for the "mx5's are gay" stereotype if read out of context...

Oh goodness, did you just say... Let It Go

The cops won't care. I had some ancient looking guy driving a Mazda 323 drift across into my lane in front of my Jimny a couple of weeks ago. I jumped on the brakes to avoid him and the police van behind me had to jump on his brakes to avoid me.

They pulled him over, breathalysed him and then let him go, despite the fact he almost caused an accident (through incompetence not malice) right in front of a police car. In the end I told to the two officers that we should just wait for him to kill someone, great work fellas.

So in regards to your question would it be worth reporting the incident to police ? I wouldn't waste your time, they don't even care when an incident happens right in front of them.

The paper work required for a near miss is not really worth it for them.

Even accidents where no one is hurt are usually not worth their time.

There needs to be a "like" button on this post.
