missifire, need help

hey,as the title says my car has a misfire, 1990 1.6 and when i heel toe the car does a slight dip in rpm and then rises, unless it is above 4,500 rpm or so, anyone know what could be causing this? cheers!

http://www.drivingfast.net/car-control/ ... ifting.htm this is the one, didnt know there was more than one technique but this haha, and it does it with general rev matching aswell. lets say im coming to a roundabout or lights and i see they will be clear or green ill try rev matching but the revs feel like the drop then kick back in, starting to be more of an issue than when it first started happening, thinking coil pack is going replaced spark plugs after it started happening and nothing

does it every time i tap the accelerator when releasing the clutch to take off aswell,
