100,000KM Service

So i'm on the hunt for a NB MX5, there's one that i have looked at but it hasn't done its 100,000 KM major service.
Are there any 100,000 KM service kits that basically has all the parts i can buy to complete the service? similar to the MX5mania service kit

Is this all i need for a timing belt & water pump replacement? i will be bringing this to a mechanic so i don't want to miss out on anything.
Are there any other things i should replace while they are replacing the belt and pump?
Has anyone had any experience with the 'aftermarket' replacements or should i go for the OEM?
