Modifying the ND, what works and what is just added weight.

So has anyone spent some coin in modifying their ND, I'm waiting for the GT 2.0 to be released and as I'm a hopeless modifier I'm looking for useful mods to do.
Disclaimer: Whilst I'm happy to do cat back exhaust for the noise factor I have no intention of doing anything to the motor except for maybe a ECU/tune once the local tuners have a good handle on it, I'm more interested in handling mods.
It seems the yanks have a heap of go fast bits and pieces, the tricky thing is picking the bits that are actually useful and not just shiny things that add weight and no real performance gains.
REV 9 seems to have the most parts on offer ATM.

This car will need to be a comfortable cruiser so I will not be able to get a lot of added lightness by removing things, I will not be able to do what I usually do by removing weight to add weight.
Any useful information is most welcome.
Cheers.
