It is certainly written from the point of view of making money with comments like making a profit on everything. Reality is that businesses don't make a profit on every job and if a quote has been given its expected that good will to customers may be applied. Running the business is about sound business decisions and planning. Many restorers are terrible planners doing great work but not competent at scheduling leading to delays sometimes running into years.
