Well done Lithium (Matt), and Col.

I think my PB from the day was 1.17.17, but that was just before my tire died  . Big ugly chunk missing  . Don't know if it was a tyre fault or me.

So off to Gordon Levin to buy another one. Ouch. More $$$$$ :x

Pretty sure I would have lowered that time. But spent the rest of the day on transport tyres....a good 2 seconds a lap slower.

Still having fun.

Eastern creek, here we come on the 20th!!!!! :D :D :D :D

What a day, I wasn't happy with my driving, went off too many times.

Set a new PB of 1:15.08. :D Wanted to break into the 1:14s but it wasn’t to be.
Finished the six-lap regularity to hear the front brakes screeching on the low pad indicators.
That finished my day early. Now to try and find some pads.

Pretty damned impressive times!

Are you sure Rodd hasnt been to the track for a while because he was fitting a turbo !

Hahahha.. last time i was at a track was the last round of the supersprints last year... no turbo on my car.. and im using the tyres i ran last years SS on. :) and a new PB of 1:13.26 0.94 seconds quicker than my old PB.. sorry caff didnt go any quicker.. tried a few different setups.. all of which were slower.. but at least i know know :)

and the change of track to the old track... Damm that was fun.. even if i only got 1 go at it.. cause i was out of fuel.. :( nice and slipery, tight and twisty :) :)

so now to work on it and aim for 12's with out any more mods :) :) i know the car is capable of it.. but i need to improve my driving.. :) :)

Once again, I would like to thank Mike, Jan and their respective teams for the great effort in making the day run so smoothly. :D

Who is Jan???????

Not quite as cold this time out there. I only had 6 layers on!

And only a few of you stood in front of my whiteboard!!!

Sorry Jean,  The cold air from driving home with the top down must have affected my typing skills  however, I wanted to make sure that you were publicly acknowledged for doing a great job directing us when you could have been driving or sitting somewhere warm with a hot cuppa :D

I second that, thanks to Jean and the rest of the team who work hard to make it such a great day for all of us.

Good to meet some of you from the forum and a great day out on the track once again. Heaps of fun on the modified circuit at the end of the day and would have loved another go except for the fuel level. Great to see plenty of PB's on the day. Well done.

Had an absolutely top day. What fun. :D
Another PB here too! Got a 1:16.20 down from 1:19.10 and boy am I happy at that. Damn I love semi-slicks! They just keep on gripping. They give you so much confidence. For the first time (toward the end of they day) I was able to keep it flat to the floor, no lift off at all through the turn 1 kink. A bit freaky at first but those NB8B brakes just keep on braking. 8)

Alsmost got into my ultimate goal of 1:15's but wasn't to be. If i've got semi slicks next time, i'm pretty sure I can get into 15's. I just know I can take that fish hook quicker.

Anyone know when the final times are published?

They go on the web don't they?

Oh and a big thank you as always to Mike, Jean and all.

Hi Snowie,

You should receive a hard copy of all the times for the day for each car car in the mail in the next few days.

There was only about 35 cars running over 4 groups. Very quick turn around between drives. Was the best one i've been to yet!
