No - those buzzers give me the shits as well.

I disconnected the seatbelt buzzer in mine because it drove me mental... I'd do the same if there were any other buzzers as well.

Some superchargers (like the eaton) have an "idle bypass" used for unloading the superchager during idle. This gives better fuel economy and a quiter idle.

That might have been what you heard, also some pod/pannel filters making a "sucking" sound that can be heard more at idle because the exhaust isn't so loud.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Oh yeah - Love the sound of a big turbo sucking through a pod :D eveen at idle/off boost :mrgreen:

I get a nice \"SHHHHhhhhh h h h h \" sound when I turn off the MX-5 engine in the garage. :mrgreen:
