For how much the expansion tank holds, I wouldn't be too worried about the mixture ratios.
As the motor gets hot and the coolent expands, the mixture gets sucked in and out of the tank. The 400ml (or 100-200ml top up) of whatever is in there is not really gonna change the 7000ml inside the whole system.
If you are worried about have 32 or 34% coolant ratio instead of the prescribed 33%, then pour a little of A and B into the expansion tank to top up.
I personally only top up using straight coolant, as I am not worried about a 35 or 37% ratio as you can go up to 50% anyway depending on the situation etc.
