Thanks for all the suggestions fellas, replaced the pcv, and cleaned the throttle body, as suggested I also taped up part of the intake to see if it was a loose fitting, drove the car to work today and it seemed to run fine.
Luckily I work part time in the office of a mechanic so he had some spare time this arvo to drive it with the scanner on it.
He said everything looked good and it ran fine. I’m not sure what fixed it or even if it’s legitimately fixed but I’ll take it for now.
