Agreed Hammer, I figure up to $1k in my budget for tools, as im want to do this with all my own tools, not bum off my friends garage like usual!
So Current Plan is (Jeez im on a mad posting spree today) - Please comment if you wish, keen to know if im on track
*FM Rebuild Kit (oversize bearings as appropriate to the stuffed-ness of the crank)
*Whatever Machining is needed to fix the damage, Crank might need some work, rod might be flowered.
*Wiseco 11:1 Pistons - 2mm Overbore for 1.92L
*Tighe 805C Regrinds
*Gasket/Port Match and remove casting flash from ports (no actual reshaping)
*Lightweight Flywheel (whats the best way to go here?)
*Maruha Sump Baffle
*ARP Bolts on everything they go on

*New Radiator
And stuff that im not sure about - any help appreciated :>
*Oversize Valves (worth the trouble?)
*Shot Peen the Rods (Don't want to screw a rod at the track is my thought.)
*Balencing Stuff?
*Better Valve Springs (again, High RPM reliabilty, worth it?)
* Adjustable cam gears (cheapish, but any gains to be had with the 805c?)
*New Oil & Water Pumps? (seems like a good idea, but the motor is only 20k-km old so may be a waste)
Budget is $4000 - $5000 including tools and machining..
Sound like an ok plan?, im not in it for allout nuts power, just a decent road/track motor with some go and that is not likely to go pop
Thanks for listening to my rants, im just kinda excited lol
