Turret Gearbox oil capacity?

90cc of transmission oil is required for the turret.
If you overfill it like I did, the oil squirts out everywhere when you push the gear lever back in.

also,
does anyone know what is actually in the turret?
does it need good oil e.g. fully synth or will the cheap stuff do?
