Emanage Support Tool - Wanted to borrow

Hi,

I have just bought a GReddy E-Manage Blue for cheap bucks because it seems to dump its memory. I'm interested in getting it to work as it is far more flexible for my purpose than the Unichip.

Before I break out the Oscope and work out what is broken (suspecting a capacitor failure), can anyone lend me a E-Manage cable to talk to the thing? I have built one, but it does not seem to work using the GReddy software (but seems to using another software product).

I want to completely rule out (or in) the device before I spend more time working it out.

I will pay postage in both directions.

I do, but it's pretty well hardwired into the car.

Boags and Sheck also run the EManage - they may be able to assist where I cannot.

Sure do, how long would you need it? My cable is an original and only connects to a 9 pin serial port, not usb. I had trouble finding a suitable computer for tuning.

I do need to tune mine in the near future though, so PM me with details and we'll talk.

Adam,
Where abouts do you live? I might meet up with you when/if you get the cable and see if it will work with my emanage unit as well. Please let me know if you get it. Would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Bevan :)

Thanks mate, that would be awesome! I'll only need it for 2 days, then i'll express post it back up to you. Gotta love free snail mail from work...

Just need to make sure my 'unit' works before spending any more money on it. And i'm not talking about money on 'unit' extensions either. Talking about THE E-MANAGE UNIT!!!
