i'm in the midst of looking new shock + spring setup for my NB suspension and I realized that US EBAY is selling KYB AGX shocks @ a very competitive $$ with this current exchange rate.

has anyone purchased these from US EBAY and share their experience.

Is US eBay the shop? or do you mean... eBay listers from the US?

Because the main thing to consider is that with the individual shops that sell on eBay, some may be a pleasure, some may be a nightmare to deal with... did you have any listings in particular that caught your eye?

I bought my KGB agx from eBay US. I cant remember the store name, Do a search in this forum. Quite a few people here bought it from them, I had no problem whatsoever and it's a lot cheaper.

+1, it took 5 days from payment to my front door and I used paypal, too easy.

and I know this has been mentioned a lot of times ... what is the main difference between koni yellow sports vs kyb agx ...

i will be putting king springs and this setup is mainly for street driving and occasionally track too

I got KYB agx from USA ebay.

I, think postage cost me more than the shocks.

Very happy with the KYB. They went on with a set of King springs. Overall very happy, with setup.

In retrospect I think I would choose Eibach springs over Kings.

Is the price difference that much?

We can do them for $895.00 for all four in KYB AGX, how much cheaper is it to land a set here in oz from the USA?

I get people ringing me all the time saying they can land all sorts of suspension cheaper than I can sell it to them.
But at the end of the day it's usually like $50.00 difference.

i'd say about 550 more or less with the current exchange.

Is that a landed price?

I paid about $450-480 landed a couple of years ago when the dollar was at a similar rate to now. From memory it was something like USD$250 for the shocks, and around USD$100-150 for postage.

Arrived within a week without any dramas.

Funny Josh quotes a selling price but no one can actually come up with a current landed price from O/s. Does the original poster actually know the cost? So we have a post with no conclusion- Josh states his price - so what can you get it for landed ie delivered to your door? Good luck and hope no one buying from OS has any warranty claims and that the products are what they claim to be.
