My suspension 'what to buy' dilemna

The suspension in the NB8B is feeling a little tired (110,000kms). The car is Caitlin's (SWMBO) daily driver and my weekend toy (when I have time).

So with the shock/spring setup, I am very cautious with what I put in as I really don't want to firm up the ride too much. Lowering a little would be good as it does look a little tall on 17" wheels.

Currently considering Kings Lows with Koni shocks - reports are this is quite a firm ride.

I have also just found the BC Coilovers for $1100 which is about the same price as Kings and Koni's but haven't found many reports of them on here.

So, I am really unsure as to what is best for our application.

Any advice?

Thanks
Paul

I think the Aussie "spec'd" teins have softer springs, the EDFC can be bought fairly cheaply and will give you a "his" and hers" setting at the touch of a button.

I have a setting full soft for long freeway/country drives, a setting for around town, and 2 for motorsport.

I thought it was like $1000 for the EFC?!

My EDFC was definitely not over $500 from Japan.

I'd have a look at Bilstein PSS9 for something fun and comfy. I'm pretty sure Bigdog and Rodd said they were more comfy than stock on soft. Plus Rod used to have the
modified Wakefield park record on them.

I hear Benny is happy with his PSS9's too.
