BC Racing pricing... strange

I was just checking out the BC Racing website.

With this price list you can, unless i'm mistaken, essentially parts-build a coilover for around $250 per corner.
That's $1000, or $300 cheaper than most places seem to be selling them for.

Has anyone tried this? Can anyone see anything glaringly wrong or bad about this idea?
I'm more than happy to assemble my coilovers if it saves me 25%.

That's with camber pillowtop mounts. Justjap wants $1300 for rubber mounts front and rear.
Still not sure what i'm missing here. If they come with no warranty, it's still worth it. What are the odds of having 2 shocks fail you in the first 12 months anyway? These are proven kit too.

Have done so, 5 times yesterday. Nobody picks up. I'm guessing whoever runs the website is MIA...
