Do these look glazed?

Had another track day 2 weeks ago and noticed that my braking performance was not what it usually is.
After just one lap I pushed the brake pedal, the pedal was solid as always but it wasn't slowing down like I'm use too.
Then after almost overshooting the corner and really jumping on the brakes, ABS was kicking it.
Driving around town now it feels ok but still not giving me the stopping power I had.
Im thinking the pads and/or rotors are glazed but wanted to get people's opinions here before going to a brake shop and have them say "yes their glazed" when their not just to get some work.

I can see the reflection of the back of the rim in the rotor. What do you think?

Brake pads were put in just before xmas (EBC Ultimax2) thinking of going to HP+
If the rotors are glazed will that ruin the new pads if I replace them now?

Rotors look Ok, but it will be the pad material that has overheated if they are glazed and will be shiny.

Easiest way to check is to take the pads out and have a look. If the pad surface is shiny and smooth, then odds on are glazed. Easiest way to fix is to rub the pad face on some unpolished concrete, driveway is perfect, to remove the overheated material and then reinstall, rub the rotors down with some wet and dry to get the contaminated material off the rotor and follow in normal bedding procedure, and all should be good.

Awesome thank you!
Getting rotors machined is not an expense I need right now
