Were those the ones which were an option at the dealers?
But a lot heavier than the OEM?

I've seen them on NBs. They look very Bob Jane Auscar style. Nothing special.

The ones in the two pictures are different, there's no dimpled section near the center.
Having said that, I have no idea what they are.

They look like old "Shadowspoke" wheels from some Aus manufacturer like Auscar or CSA.
Back in the early 90's when modifying cars culture was burgeoning, these were fitted on virtually half of the "hotted-up" (especially Suzuki Swift GTi's) cars because there were so few aftermarket choices back then that were reasonably priced.
