Well it was the best afternoon of fun, grease, oil and dodgyness I've had for a while. A more intimate gathering than the UA BDDs. The engine burst into life at about 5:15pm. The Dodgy workshop closed at 7:30pm after final touches were put to Red5's roof rubbers. I'm stuffed I tell ya.
Red5 just before the second phase of the heart transplant.

The rest of my offering are here:

What a day!!! Dodgyness was everywhere you looked and wings were being popped out the deep fryer every 2 mins.
Good to hear you got Red5's engine up and running aswell!!!
I took a few pics from the day also...
Here we see our lunch.. unfortunatly still alive...

But not to worry... after being plucked, fried and covered in hot sauce they proved to be very tasty... didn't they Jules

But Wayne.. looks like he couldnt handle the wingz...

So he retired to go watch TOPGEAR...

He then thought he could be a racing driver... but couldnt quite fit into Mikeys harness... maybe too many wingzzz???

After realising defeat... he went off to feed the magpies with his stick...

Other events included the installation of Boags new roof with glass top... and between you and me, he needed a girl to help him

Mikey spent 4 hours + buffing his red rocket... no not that red rocket

And then there was the main event... the installation of Red5's new heart...

Is it just me or does JBT look a little confussed?

Not to worry, it made its way in eventually... and is that a guy underneath the car?

sounds like a great day guys
might start thinking about hosting a dodgy detail day here to clean up all those grubby engine bays & such...........considering we have 5,500 litres of beautiful rainwater sitting in the tank, a rather large & powerful Karcher pressure cleaner, the carport would hold 2 cars pretty much under cover for polishing purposes, there is a deep fryer waiting to cook wingzzzz...........& a plasma to play those dodgy top gear eps, or playstation.................
anyone interested???

Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often
