Boags is coming to Sydney so I'm organising a little run down south to show him a few sights. Starting earlyish on Thursday 28th December we will meet somewhere southish and head through the National Park, down the coast road across the bendy bridge, up Bulli Pass, then on to Mount Kiera to check out the view, then out the back way through Marshal Mount to Maquarie Pass then down Jamberoo Pass, up to Saddleback Mountain to check out the view then on to Kiama or Wollongong for lunch, depending on the timing.

All are welcome.

Leaving from Caringbah Maccas carpark. Taren Point Road Caringbah at 8:30am

Whops brokeback mountain again

Geoffro,

I could tell you a story about Saddleback Mountain from my dim distant past, but seeing as it's a family forum I wont. :P

Yes Craig, two runs on one day. It's gonna be a big day. But we will be back in Sydney in time for you to get home for a nana nap so that you're looking fabulous again for the evening run. :P :P :P

The run details have been added. I know it's a bit early but we'd like to get a clearish run through the Natio. Come along, join in the fun and help make Boags feel welcome. He wont be able to cope hanging out with just me all day.

At about 8am on the 27th I'll probably be just south of Byron Bay... Nowhere near the meeting point unfortunately. :frown: Due to the tight schedule, we haven't got any room to move.

It's that time of year!

Cool Paddy.

Yeap we'll be stopping at Stanwell Tops, where the hang gliders jump off, to regroup and check out the view. I'd be hoping to get there about 9:15-9:30ish depending on what time we manage to get going in the morning and how much traffic there is through the National Park.

The next stop will be Mt Kiera lookout if you dont want to do a double lap of the coast road. But I'm not sure what time we'd be getting there, 10ish maybe?
