Mt Malloy to Mossman Cairns

Just spent 5 days in this the best place to drive in any car.
The road down the mountain contains some of the best and safest roads I've dríven in many a year.
You know your in for some fun when you come to a nice big warning sign at the top of the range. \"ALL VEHICLES MUST ENGAGE LOW GEAR.\"
We were only in a new Camry auto but you don't need to drive fast to enjoy this road.
Select 3 rd gear and have a ball, engine braking and LOTS of 30 k corners, smooth bitumen on the range, bit rough before the range but worth the drive. Plenty of places to stop and enjoy the scenery and not much armco to BLOCK the scenery.
Would love to do this in our mx5, but SWMBO and youngen and ME don't go!!
Would recommend to everyone who goes to Cairns to do this drive.
Drive from Innisfail to Atherton is also a good enjoyable run.
Maybe a good Sunday club run for QLD MX5 club, but might have to leave pretty early.
