Hi all,
where's the best and easiest route to run the rca cables/remote turn on wire from the headunit to an amp in the boot?
Cheers,
Sam

I run my cables on the passenger side, there is a hole behind the passenger seat can access to the boot, but might need some tool to pull the wire from that hole to the boot.

mine runs under the centre console, then under the rear firewall carpet behind the drivers seat, and into the boot via a hole that is in the firewall.

sweet!
sounds like the centre console is the best option.
not too sure about the 'rear firewall carpet' routing... ? does the carpet easily come off?

Yup same here, if you're really slack you don't need to take off the center console and can just poke them up under one side

wouldnt it be better to run the cables on the passenger side as not to get close to the battery cables on the driver side boot?
is the hole in the passenger side firewall same as driver side firewall?

X2.
Get some decent shielded RCA's and you won't have a problem with sound from the car electrics anyway.

I wouldn't think all the wires would fit under the centre console
I took off the passenger side door sill then under the carpet there is a tube for running wires through, I just removed it and used the gap to run my own wires

bought some nice shielded RCA cables and remote wire cabling today...
will chuck it in saturday hopefully...
anyone have any experience if the hole in the firewall in passeneger side is easier or better to get through then driver side (and if battery 'noise' affects cabling on driver side)???

My cabling is running to the passenger side. No detrimental effects there. Don't know why I did it that way rather than behind the driver's seat.
