An oldie but a goodie.

For England it probably is high powered

I like the way they pull up behind the car at the lights, do nothing and have a chat on the phone.
Whilst in the US they would just ram the car jump out with guns blazing, smash the window, drag the guy out through the broken glass then stomp on his head on the ground before tazering him.
If i learnt anything from this its dont steal an MX5 with a Garage Vary front spoiler!
