Another white NA project :)

Hi all

After been a lurker here on and off for several years, I finally bought a MX5 just before Christmas last year (2013) - so I thought I should start a build thread.

The car is a '90 white NA, stock as a rock :), so air but no PS. It has about 180k kms on it, as far as I can see 4 previous owners in Vic and NSW. It looks like it has been re sprayed at some point, but some rust appearing in A-pillar. Mechanically, no smoke, runs ok, noisy thrust bearing. After a quick test drive, I couldn't resist :D

The plan is to build a weekender / track car.

Let the journey begin ...

You can't go wrong with NB8A wheels on an NA, especially once it's lowered a bit. :)

It's been some time since I updated this thread as the MX has sat idle in the garage :(

Minor change this week, now have Simmons wheels :)
