I'll bang out a rough template tomorrow on an NB and get it over to Dann after lunch to check against an NA. Wont take long. Triangulated RHS

But will it just be another strut brace affair on weight vs performance gain?

Most likely. I'll copy the Boss Frog Arms but if you have a better idea, feel free to post up a sketch. As long as it's cost effective I'll build them. Price is $200 and remember there's a powdercoating cost in that too.

You have my attention Richard. What other toys do you have? Mainly, does your laser have a chuck and can you cut RHS and pipe?

1 RHS fender brace. Not as sexy as a boss frog but very strong. One might even say "over engineered"
Would look lovely in hot pink.

In all seriousness, if we were to go ahead with it I'd have all the mount plates laser cut, use a smaller RHS (just used what I had laying around the workshop) and make the ends a bit cleaner. I haven't gone through the indicator wire hole to mount like frog and arrow arms do, because just behind that where I've mounted it's double skinned, so a bit stronger to mount to.

Weight is 1.4kg

They're going ahead Bryan. Dann is posting up a group buy thread tonight. I'll have pics of finished arms up, raw on Monday, and powder coated on Wednesday.
