well update:

cage is in
new coilovers are in
new wheels
next on the list is
different FMIC,
fix a oil leak thats been bugging me ,
and set up the coilovers to race!

its not on the road much because i have a work car and on the weekend i take the 4X4 to the farm.

but it fits pretty good.

So my old Carbing roll cage has surfaced! Bought direct from Japan as a 6 point cage, modified by Pete Coleman and did the Auto Salon shows back in 2000/2001. Probably appeared in a dozen magazines in 2001 and was finally sold in 2007 just before I closed up Wheelspin Performance.

I wonder if this is the car that also has Ian's old KAAZ LSD...?

Lee's old car? Had a Zender Body Kit and Mazdaspeed MS-03 Rims when Cody sold it, could have been taken off but I don't think this is the same car.

Update:

well I was lazy for awile but slowly getting stuff done.

New stuff:

new cams approved brown davis roll bar
4 point Sabelt harness
window washer bottle that fits under the window
new oxy sensor , Reversing switch
new Blitz Boost gauge and a 330mm Nardi wheel
and a coil on plug set up from DANN but i had to change it because i didnt like the look of the old set up

when i fixed it i had to make a new plate to mount the coils on:

the BOV on the car was leaking bad and the pipe work what sh*t so i
spent the weekend installing a new intercooler and pipe work !
i plan on boxing in the pod and it will draw cold air from the front.

im just waiting for the paint to dry and i will put the car back together
