With the money I got back from the Astina- despite all the an hours of work plus the initial car cost I ended up with enough to buy this to complete the fuel setup. By coincidence I've already got the same fuel rail and regulator FM use so it was easy to know everything will fit as they intend. Hopefully it's of good quality and doesn't leak fuel odors like my mates ae86 I had to live with. Need to figure out where to wire into the adaptronic also but that'll be later on. Slowly slowly.

All that's needed now is wiring and a few random bits and pieces whilst I wait patiently for nitrodann.

Got an update from nitrodann this week on progress. Looking good!

Also picked my rims back from the detailing shop where they were coated in modesta ceremic paint protection. Hoping they will be a bit more durable as the paint had rubbed through just from transport on the cardboard on the back of 2 of the rims and people have reported chipping is likely. Super stoked how they look. Almost feels like a layer of oil/wax on them.

Earlier in the week I grabbed a tonne of pieces off Tim including a catch can and bracket, 6 point harness, combined MAP and temp sensor and a few other goodies.

Also bought a jdm dash cluster too with the aim of stealing the gears out and transplanting them into the adm dash for speedo correction as I have the 3.6 not offered in mechanical drive. It's just a case to see what matches closest.
Beginning to have quite a pile of parts to install!!

Coilovers
Frog arms
Cusco bracing
Rims
Ecu wiring
Honda intake
Nb8b brakes
Oil cooler
Fuel setup
Washer bottle relocation
Harness

Sexy dump looks sexy.

On a side note. Should do a Mod day, I can work on swapping pump and fuel line at the rear and then can give you a hand with your growing list. Then sit back with a cider or two and enjoy a BBQ

Sound like a plan or what? :P

Yeah except my calender is stupid busy. Maybe between Christmas and new years. This weekend is helping move houses and my wife's birthday. Then it's a full weekend the week after. Then it's Christmas I think. The car never moves. Wouldn't complain if I got home and it was finished for me - providing the parts end up on MY car not Kris'! As for progress, haven't heard anything from dan this week and haven't had time to do anything so far.

Look! An actual update!

Today we tackled the fuel setup. It's a pain to install and get to but keeps the bay looking cleaner and less shiny for the fun police.

Also removed the intake manifold in anticipation of the Honda intake to be modified and installed...

Using new e85 rated fuel hose this is what the pump end looks like. Yes the clamps aren't tightened!

This is where the business happens. Will be covered with the stock shield.

And this is what the bay looks like currently.

Criticism and advice welcomed!

Relocate the oil filter whilst you have a chance.

I have a thermostat /greddy oil cooler which will go in. Might have to pickup an oil relocation kit to splice in. Is there a "best spot" on our cars?
