Well it passed the IM240 (on the second try, *just*) and my engineer is fine with the metal airbox so that's all good. As for the catch can the engineer should spot it during his checks, if not then the blue slip guy should knock it back.
The MX-5 has been running flawlessly for the last few months but I really do want to sell it rather than putting it back in the garage long term. I have too many projects and with the Silvia becoming my daily drive shortly it's time to say goodbye to the MX. I'll be sad to see it go and may come back to an MX-5 in the future but it's time for a change.
$10,500 ono. or $11,500 with the brand new 0km Roush/Magnuson MP90 supercharger, nearly finished custom manifold and Supra injectors.
That is less than just the cost of parts in the car, not counting the hundreds of hours of labour in the engine swap.
