just like to thank everyone for turning up & making the first detail day a raging success, i didn't actually do much all day apart from drinking beer, eating wings & sh*tstirring wayne  .........i think everyone who wanted to, managed to wash & polish their cars with some nice looking results at the end of the day...........i have to admit i was a bit worried about having enough room for all the cars, but it ended up being ok, nice & cosy with all the 5's snuggled up together creating a great atmosphere for a Dodgy Day..........BIG thanks to Wayne the master wingz chef for his cooking efforts once again, & having the best sense of humour while under fire from the MX5 ninjas that seem to stalk his car at every dodgy day

water usage........pfffffft...........barely put a dent in the tank at all

all in all, thoroughly enjoyable day for me, & look forward to doing it all again down the track, maybe next time i'll spend some time on OUR car as well 8)

Uncle Arthur.... Whilst we were eating Iteration No.3 of the Wingzzz sauce, you were jacking the back of my car up to put it onto blocks... So don't go there with the Wing Sauce comments ! I am betting Tim (Of Jan and Tim) has a sore bot bot today as well, as he was terrifying himself at one stage on level 3.

MY PICCIES OF THE DAY HERE

What a great day.

Yes, a great day, although I did nothing on my car either! :)

The drive home was interesting with my new number plate surround. Maybe it was just the Acacia Ridge locals in their bommodores, but every second bas*&%d wanted to tailgate or race me for some reason. :?

Wayne, you'll need to make some new number plate surrounds - \"I beat the bloke who beat the stig!\"

Looks like everyone had a great time... Did Jules get down from the roof in time ...I'm just thinking, ...the roof is the catchment for the rain-water tank right? ...Jules had a taste of the thermo-nuclear sauce, right? ...Maybe it's time to drain the watertank Clive?

Uncle Arthur wrote:What are you lot complaining about???!!! I reckon I ate the equivalent of a whole chicken lathered in the hot version, mixed in with a sizeable portion of Kim's salsa influenced spicy sauce, and nary a whisper from my system, and I came home and had mexican for dinner.....

Still no ill-rumblings.........

You bunch of skirts..... :P

Think I have to agree with UA - although the eyes were watering while wingz were devoured  am still waiting for the after effects?
Still dont get the blue cheese sauce - reckon it waters down the wingz!

Thanx again Kim & AJ for a great day. Also thanx to Wayne (who managed to replace my washer nozzles in between running round trying to recover stolen bits of his car  ) and everyone else there who contributed to the spirit of the day!!

listen to the sooks...

some went home, finally took the two panadiene they should of had earlier in the day, drank a six pack of razor blades and went out for a lava fueled Laksa with extra chillies....

got nowhere near the cleaning and polishing facilities as too many red NA's were getting all their rust holes spack filled.... and when completed all owners were then seen with giant tubs of Meguiars Anti-Pink Polish :frown:

Quote of the day

I liked mummys reply to Kim's question re bra's

Mummy \"Nah! I don't wear them.......ever...l\"

closely followed by Waynes junky like question to everyone \"have you got my *&^%%##%^*ing indicator\"
Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.

Darby,

Are you on drugs again?
Who said anything about ME being on a roof?

Next Dodgy Day, you will have to attend or face banishment for life.

We need another dodgy day... but next time, lets just smack our heads against brick walls and bypass the whole wing cooking process.
