EOI - Brisbane dodgy day take II

Postby Uncle Arthur » Tue Sep 05, 2006 6:22 pm

Calling all dodgies....

Expressions of interest requested for holding of another Brisbane South (Fairfield) Dodgy day in the not too distant future. Jules wants to do a timing belt.

I'm probably going to want to install my LSD sometime fairly soon, and I'm sure Wayne has some more bling.

If you've got a project in mind, post it here and let's get some interest, and likely dates.

Someone MUST bring beer :D

I hereby express my interest...

Depending on dates, as long as it isn't between 22 and 30 of september(i'm in thailand that week) I will be there. My glovebox has to go back in the car and that will take some brainstorming...

I will bring a carton... 8)

......and a couple of other screwdrivers and spanners if you want to do it the right way. If you want it bling side out you'd better get some clear or colour matched cable ties.

BTW, I'm happy to come over to lend a hand. :)

Red5 - your fryer has been commandeered for the day - given the not infrequent blasphemous comments I utter when skinning knucles under the car, it will be good to have a man of the cloth present.....- fryer - friar - Hahahahaha

I can do blue cheese dressing - who has the recipie handy? (I know it has been posted but I'm too bloody lazy to look for it).

And I've already cleared mass dodginess with the WTB (wife to be).

Bring it on!!!

I'm all up for it. I have nothing to do on my car (gasp) but will happily assist others with their timing belts, water pumps and whatever else comes up.

Well, so long as the day isn't this weekend, or next weekend. Any other weekend should be fine.

OK. I love this forum. I can confirm for either day (would prefer Saturday as leaves Sunday for rest before start of week).
I can get Tab to supply details for the blue cheese dressing she did last month. It was fab.

I'll need to organise borrowing the dodgy seal tools too (must look back to that post). Then just need a torque wrench and a single hex socket for the crank bolt and it's on!
