Automotive Plus are teaming up with GT Auto Garage to hold a combined 2014 Open Day! Come have a look at what they get up to inside their workshops. They will have food, drinks, music, dyno demonstrations and car club displays on the day. Featuring some of the best street and track cars including a host of World Time Attack Competitors.

So come down and enjoy a day of cars, music and food. Make sure you take the chance to talk to one of their great staff members about what they have done previously and what they could do for your vehicle.

Same as Magpie, but I suspect mine will be in the workshop in bits. Shame, would have enjoyed it.

Wouldn't miss it for quids!! This event just gets better every year and 4 hours of total fun and fine machinery!

What's the pros vs cons of being apart of the club display? I.e. Aren't a bunch of mx5 owners going to a MX5 mechanic parking in the car park already on display?

Not sure if you have been before Grant but the 'Club' cars are only a minor percentage of those that turn up on the day - any chance to promote Club events like monthly runs and Motor Sport events to those others is a bonus as many whilst they get their cars serviced at Automotive Plus are unaware of activities they can become a part of

To further that, the number of people now interested in 'track days' from our simple 'Brisbane Northside Weekend Coffee' topic is incredible!!

You would probably have met Rod walking around at Lakeside Monday, not a Club member as yet but he came along to see how things go and stayed almost all day and had a ball

plohl could you use it to pick Regie up from the airport? I would need to arrange with Danny/Jason if it would be OK.

Thanks for the offer Mark , but I would hate for something to happen to it. Can organise a drive when you're around one day if that's cool.
