flashed my lights at a silver nc1 on the great ocean road on sunday. They flashed back:) I was in the silver NB

A blue NA with a white hardtop, heading up Blackburn Road towards Notting Hill. Tuesday evening a little after 5pm.

From what I saw, the car was in vgc.

I was following Wazman in my alfa on night earlier this week down StKilda rd, i tried to get your attention but no luck. God that thing of yours is low!
