Thread's been moved! Took a while to find it

I left my NA at my mate's house and was pillion passenger on his burgandy 400cc Suzuki Burgman Scooter this afternoon and spotted a yellow hard top NC and couple minutes later a black hard top NC on South Road near Panalatinga Road intersection, Reynella (SA). Then saw the same yellow NC couple hours later on Brighton Road. Dark tinted windows so couldn't see driver.

About 3pm, I was also on back of the bike and we were followed up Sturt Road on to Marion Road and up Flagstaff Road by a green NB, female driver.

Sorry thought if I moved them here then locals would check their event sections more. Also the general mx5 chat thread had too many stickys

Saw a white MX5 NC parked outside a GP, South Rd. MorphettVale last week. Driver was inside so I walked over and put a club invitation card under the windscreen wiper. Walked back to my car and looked up just in time to see a young blond woman walk out to the said MX5, take a quick look at the card and throw it in the gutter. I was torn between going back to pick up the card out of the gutter and just giving her a mouthful for littering. Sort of person one wouldn't want in our club anyway.

Blue NA this morning heading South on South Road, Fountain Valley near Panalatinga turnoff. Gave me a few friendly toots on his horn as he went past in the opposite direction ... probably frightened the s**t out of all the cars around him :grin: Gave him a wave back ...

Took a nice drive to Victor Harbor (SA) then across to Goolwa this afternoon, saw a few MX's out in the beautiful weather.

Silver NB near Mt Compass, Green NB Victor Harbor, Red NB (possibly an SE?) Goolwa.

Spotted a very clean Red NA parked at the lookout as we were just driving in to Victor Harbor. Made a quick turn in to the carpark and introduced my wife and myself to the owners. Turned out to be a couple from Hobart, Tasmania touring in their NA! Had a very nice chat and showed off both our cars They are members of the MX5 Tasmania Club and exchanged details to catch up when we get over there, or if they are back in Adelaide anytime

We'd gone for one of our favourite drives down the coast for Coffee 'n Breaky on Monday and spotted several SA Club cars during one of their runs at Normanville. Mostly NC's but couple nice NA's and NB's. Chatted to some....

Spotted a red NA with tan softtop on grand junction rd yesterday, female pilot.

Also a dark blue NC with custom plates with 'XXL' in them. That was around mawson lakes somewhere.

Such nice weather, I wish my five was here with me!

Looks like next week will be perfect driving weather too....it's a shame work gets it my way

Blue skies and All British Day at Echunga brought out lots of nice Roadsters. E types, Triumphs, Lotus 7's and an Elan, Austin Healeys, TVRs, and MGs everywhere. Plenty of MX5's were in the carpark. It was red day apparently- NA6, NB8A, NC1 and my SE. Also a navy NB8A parked at the Sporting Car Club BBQ in Mylor. Returned waves with another red NA on strath road out of Mylor. Apparently there were 900 British Cars in the display. Filled 2 Ovals. Certainly took a while to do a full lap. The 59 Monaco GP Lotus was probably the pick but those Cosworth Sierra's were lovely and clearly get enjoyed by their chatty owners. I also enjoyed the fleet of Moke Californians- made MX5s seem like a Lexus.

Spotted a nice NA going down Flagstaff Hill road this morning on my way to work.

Passed a neat, red NA in the rain and traffic jam on South Road from O'Halloran Hill down to Seacombe Road this morning about 9am, then about 15 minutes later saw him on University Drive probably heading to O Week at Flinders Uni

Also around that same time, spotted a black NC Sport (BBS, Recaro's) at the traffic lights at the bottom of Flaxmill Road.

I was in my Tarago, so would have been weird to wave
