Fri 21st March
2.00pm NatMeet Attendees arrival and registration
7.00pm Welcome Dinner â€“ BBQ buffet

Sat 22nd
7am Breakfast / Briefing
8.00am All cars in place for Concours (Photos)
8.30am Concours judging begins
9.30am Morning tea
11.00am Convoys depart for Mt Beauty 10 mins apart
1.00pm Lunch
3.00pm Convoys depart for Falls Creek or Yackandandah
5.00pm Arrive back at The La Trobe
7.00pm Dinner
8.30pm Track Competitors Registration

9.00am Racing starts
10.00am Funkhana
12.00pm Picnic lunch
12.10pm Parade lap for non track competitors
12.40pm Track competition resumes
1.30pm Convoys depart for Gourmet tour
4.30pm Racing finishes
5.00pm Racers & spectators depart for La Trobe
6.30pm Pre-buffet drinks
7.00pm Buffet Dinner
8.30pm Presidentsâ€™ meeting

Mon 24th March
7.00am Breakfast / Briefing
8.30am Convoys depart for Mount Hotham
10:00am Morning tea

Due to a family illness two of the Hunter Members (1 car) are unable to attend Natmeet unfortunately they are unable to get a refund.
