There are way too many variables to suggest a figure, turbo size and compressor efficiencies will change everything!

When I changed turbos I picked up 20hp, despite running lower boost!
When results speak for themselves - don't interrupt.

so when you changed did you go larger or smaller turbo.
as i understand it larger turbo take longer to spool up but are stronger once going. i thought smaller turbo's are good for small applications.
i think mine is good for around 12 psi according to factory specs but have been pushed alot harder.

I made more power on a smaller turbo.

Partly due to lower intake temps with the bigger turbo, but in the end it's all a balancing act.

Too big and you won't get it spooled up early enough for fun on teh street, too little and you'll not make any topend, and things will get REALLY hot if you try to push a bunch of boost through it.

i had of done a better job of the wiring for the ecu, had the original 460 injectors been fine, i would have had it all done for $3000 on the road.
i went $1500 over budget.

Let me get this right Glen?

You have the ability to do your own turbo, and put in an ECU, but you cannot put a short shifter in that is attached by 3 bolts!

I think with your abilities, you might find this a piece of piss :P :P
