I'd be keen if its on a sunday, and doesn't coincide with a drift day (shouldnt, the only drift day looks to be on a saturday 21st), because saturdays are hard to get work off for me.

Should have a replacement engine and brakes sorted by then, so please count me in for this one.

Any idea on price?

Cheers,

Total Driver did the days at Darlington, which I fortunate enough to have done, but they are no more. The circuit is closed permanently.

A few of us did a day at Carnell last year with Toowoomba Sporting Car Club. Good little circuit. Very tight and well suited to MX5's.

Not sure if any outsiders get to use the Holden Centre down near Jabobs Well.

The club did a track day at the Holden Driver Training centre at Jacobs Well back in about 1999. The track was fun but it's not very developed and is a lot like the short track at Morgan Park to drive. I believe they just ask too much to hire the track.

It was also very abrasive on tyres, a couple of cars needed new ones

But it may not be bad news for us overall.

At least it's still used for what it was built for
