I think that is certainly worth further consideration...

Option B.

Here you go, Payment details :D

It is an afternoon session 1-5pm but people will be asked to arrive at 11.30 to fill out paperwork etc so we can get on the track when it opens at 1pm.

We have organised lap timing for this event.

Cost will be $75 per car/driver and we need a minimum of 20 cars. Those people who don't have a AAA License can either get one for the day ($20) or get a 12 months licence for $53.

CAMS L2S should be acceptable (just confirming at the moment)

If you haven’t received your yearly licence from the last track day, let me know and I will chase it.

You will require a helmet and neck to wrist to ankle clothing in either cotton or wool.

I have had enough people confirm interest to have an all MX-5 Club day, payment will determine if it remains that way.

Payment is required by Friday 27th October 2006 to confirm your spot on the
day.

Payments can be made directly into the club bank account, if you need the details let me know.

When you have deposited your money, could you please send me an e-mail, peter.steinback@gmail.com with your details of payment, Namely:

Name
Club membership no.
Rego number
Date paid
Amount (entry fee/licence)
Reference
Car year
Which licence you require (1 day or 12 months)
Let me know if you haven’t been out on the track before.

Some banks don't give you much space for a reference when transferring money and I would like to be able to confirm your payment.

Your spot isn't confirmed until payment has been received.

As the club has to pay the full amount for the track even if we don't get enough people on the day, we won't refund entry fees if you don't show on the day. Another club member is able to fill your spot if you can organise someone else.

We will be looking for some marshall’s as well for the day so if you're not interested in going on the track but want to come out and help, let me know.

If you have any questions, drop me an e-mail, PM or reply here.

Thanks

Peter

Cerb,

I will let all those attending know about the options that you are offering and leave it up to them to decide if they want to go for it or not.

So did we get enough people, or did the \"gunners\" do it to us again :?:

We should have enough to cover costs. We don't have 30 like last track day.

Makes me wonder if we can sustain 4 track days next year. :?

Don't wonder mate - we'll be right if the entry list for Kilcoy is anything to go by. Just use an artificial closing date for those who like the last minute rush!

Would a mate testing his Westfield be welcome? Is it too late to bring on board a possible straggler?
