A small update on the air/fuel display.

I have found that the temp of the engine doesn't effect whether the O2 sensor will work. I can idle the car up to temp and have it sit for a while and the sensor won't work. But when I drive to work in the morning it is working by the end of my street - about a minute at 2-3000rpm.

Going to make one of these for the race car now! I love it.

PS - SAB???? Still no pics?!?!?!?!

I've seen some issues with AFR sensors while tuning that may explain what you're seeing here.

What I found was that at idle (and low air speeds in part of the exhaust system where the sensor is located) there is not enough exhaust gas passing over the sensor to keep it warm or give it an accurate reading.

On a sensor with heating wire, this can often be overcome by running a better heater wire to the sensor, or moving the sensor into a more direct area of exhaust gas flow.

Basically with decreased airflow, the engien temp is irrelevant as the exhaust gas cannot effectively heat the sensor to it's accurate range of operation.

Cheers

You can barely see the display, but that's supposed to be a pic of the eManage software.

I've set VR1 to the desired dim level for the photo sensetive resitor BUT

vr2 for the zero calibration ain't workin..

I solderd the 1.8kohm resistor in the corret space but altering the vr2 doesn't do anything..!
