Thanks again Ted and Jackie!!! I don't think I've seen that many MX5s on a run before... It was a wonderful sight!

I'll have a go at posting some pix tonight ...but it's a pain in the backside of having to use a 3rd party host and not being able to upload the pix directly!

Spotted on the said run....

...One man's method of attaching a boost gauge to his SP... [might need to click to enlarge]

Image

..and another man's (...note the duct tape - not even colour-coordinated).

Image

One can only assume this is the \"trial version\" ...oh the shame...on a genuine (albeit BLUE) SP!!!

Let's face it.... Too much blue is always too much.

Given the nationality of the 1st owner you will notice that he had the heater on that day too, so the loss of a vent is considered "a good thing" you may also notice his gauge only reads up to "god_damn" the more securely installed gauge reads much higher

That U-turn detour was a blessing.
I picked up a hitch-hiker at the morning tea. One of those muscly-looking jumping spiders who decided that the driver's sun-visor is the place to be.

When I stopped to do the u-turn, I quickly grabbed a towel, slowly opened the sun-visor, and even more quickly sent the little bugger to spider heaven.

Yes, I hate bugs.
No, I don' wear a skirt.

  Mate, thank god it wasn't me in your seat otherwise I would have been the one going to heaven... I mentally loose control of myself when I see one, of any size for the matter...
