Short circuit?

This didn't scan too well. But that round thing is the speaker, and the rectangular thing on an angle is the accelerator.

In other words, sit in the drivers seat and kick up and right with your right foot
The fuse you're looking for is....

.... Fuse \"O\". Also confirms that this runs your cigarette lighter and radio.
Fuse \"O\" is...

... second down from the top left.
