Yes, I would warranty it as there must be something loose/faulty. Let them chase it.

you could try checking it out yourself by removing the panels and seeing if anything is loose

Some people put 'dynamat' aka sound proof material into the doors and seal up the speakers. Apparently improves sound quality while blocking out road noize.

Only audo freaks do it. its aprox 5kg per door :shock:
every ounce counts
