Ooh, harsh Mr Hammer!

Not sure if I actually got to chat with you on Monday, Joe (I'm hopeless with names) but I did see your car out on the track. It's always great to see newbies at track days because it's awesome fun and more people should be encouraged to give it a try. And you certainly learned something new about your car (re the brakes), which is a good thing.

BTW, the attached photo of the results screen should tide you over until the official results are published. You were in car #111 right? You were improving your times quite quickly: 1:30.46 at 12:47, 1:27.77 at 13:41, 1:27.29 at 14:42, 1:23.75 at 16:10 ... and I didn't get your last one. :D

Well in order:

1st time there - Old Sigma with EFI conversion and slicks *snigger* - Clutch Abuse (my fault) + Slicks = Clutch fail (after a full day of fun though)
2nd time there - MX5 - low oil level (my fault!), plus track driving = Spun bearing.
3rd time there - MX5 - Badly built engine (by me) plus track driving = oil-splosion :P

Nah, all the cars fault
