I take your point, all the rims posted are drop dead gorgeous. You are spot on for looks, personally I love the deep dish. but anything below +30 is going to degrade handling. Mazda spent millions on developing the MX-5 ride/handling for a light +40 wheel.
Mazdaspeed wheels are about +35, MS01 look the goods on NB. The MS03 looks great with a difference on the NA (the ones in my picture). The ultimate IMHO is the Volk CE28N in bronze, but mega pricey.
It depends whether you go for looks or for performance. Good luck with your choice.
