Hey all,
About to order my chaparrals through Rspeed in the States. Even given the downturn in the oz $, it's still significantly cheaper to get the Yokies over there as well.
Question is: do I get the 195/50/15 or 205/50/15????
Jellybean is a 92 na6 with no p/s ;)
Anyone have them and what tyre size will be best?
Cheers
Dave

Re: 15" chaparral wheels and Yokie tyres
I have them on my Le with PS. and run 195's and find them fine;Johnd has Rota Rb's with 205's on his 91(no PS)and he loves it but I find it heavy especially at low speed.
personal choice I guess, NA6's are nicely low geared for performance and the 205's will up that a litttle, maybe stick with the 195's as they are still plenty of rubbe ron the road.
Peter.

Ive got 205's with my Chaparrals and love it
If I was to touch a gutter while Braille parking, the tyre hits first
Im running YSR coilovers and have it sitting down and get zero tyre rub.

What size rims are they?
I had 195/50/15's on 15x7 and it looked like an excellent fit. I now have 205/50/15 and they still look ok on the 7" rims but with a little more bulge.
