xxr's are on their way to my place hopefully in the next week or so.
i masked them so there is still a ring of amber when it flashes, and i used tint spray so you can still see them flash.
yes i used an oven, 150degrees for ten minutes (then used high temp paint)
i added a bead of silicone all the way around when resealing and they seem to seal fine

Re: Sancho's nb8c
The black headlight surrounds look great on a black car - billybunter painted his white to match his newly-painted white SE and it just looked like "too much white" - maybe if they were painted black the contrast would have looked better?
I suspect that your side indicators may be deemed "too dark" by the "blue boys" - they do look good though.
I bought a set of clear indicators and gave them 2 coats of VHT Niteshades to tone them down a bit - I didn't want to tempt fate by going any darker:

Re: Sancho's nb8c
Looks great!
It looks like the wheels are flush with the guard, doesnt ever scrub?
Thought of an Air Splitter?
They make it for nb8b/c without the SE lip too dw, its like $180 or so.. though

Doesn't scrub at all. But its very low to the ground to speedbumps hurt!
I'm going to make custom splitters all around cos I'm a tightass and I like doing things myself lol

Just curious, if you have not done guard work to make the wheels fit... don't you bottom out over bumps?

Re: Sancho's nb8c
my alignment is way out lolz! will be getting done this week,
thats the only time the car got dríven
i rolled all 4 guards with a heat gun and rubber mallet
i will be raising the front a tiny bit as it does bottom out on humps but drives better than i expected actually
