hey so uhhh... guessing the lack of updates is due to this thing being drivable and you being glued to the drivers seat surprising the sh*t out of other motorists

get some vids up n that!

Update:

So i went down there today to see how its all going. All the lines are done bar one coolant line which just needs a different fitting. Need to run vacuum line to everything needed as well.

Should be off the hoist then and hopefully get ready to start the car. Then its putting the dash in, clean it up, and off to get the motor run in etc.

Still no word from the panel shop about there not so quality work so ill be giving him a call tomorrow to set up a time to meet and discuss a few things.

Anyways one pic. I know i say this every week but hopefully tuned by the end of next week ^^

update:

sup guys.. so everything is ready to start now.. we actually did try and crank it but no power to anything so that was gay :(

So on monday there gonna check all the grounds, plug in anything that we have missed and HOPEFULLY its an easy solution.. otherwise it might end up costing me a fair bit haha :(

Update:

So last i left u with it no power to anything. We got it to crank finally ^^ It ended up being just a few plugs and we ran more grounds just for good measure.

Unfortunately there is no spark.. Not sure why this is because it had spark when it came out of the car now it doesnt and nothing has changed so hopefully its an easy fix..

Where we're up to now is just making sure everything is perfect before it goes off to get tuned. It will be there for a week and the last thing i want is for something to go wrong on the dyno because it will end up costing me $$$$..

Anyways.. made the first of my braces for the wing to keep it stable.. im gonna run two more cross wires going to the frankenstein bolts once i can put it on the car :) this should keep it nice and stable.

Ill be down at the workshop tomorrow hopefully with better news :)

Last thing.. Ive been looking for ways to mount a splitter really strongly.. I saw this pic and thought it was great but i dont think it will work with my lip/bumper without modification. But i might still be able to do this.

That along with turn buckles side and front and mounted to the subframe at the bottom is what i want to aim for.
