Food was great, company was great, atmosphere was great, natio was great. What a great night! :mrgreen:

Good to see the photos turned out great even though it was so dark!

My girl and I had a blast the whole time doing this. (Did anyone hear our music? haha). Hopefully I'm one step closer to convincing her to buy her very own MX-5! :twisted:

As for making this regular, I'm all for it! Although I wouldn't be able to make this everytime, I definetly would everytime I could. Also going on holidays for a month starting mid May will make it hard for next month haha. We need more people from the Illawarra to come next time, the short drive home for us was fantastic, would have been good for another MX or 2 to be there.

Damn. Indicators showing up because of the immobiliser!

The footage from the GoPro turned up nicely. Good thing for me those slow ass bikes held Regie up and bunched everyone togather. Got some good footage. Ill upload it and post the link sometime over the weekend.

what if we mix things up...

say this month on a Wednesday we meet up at the Bowling club
Then the next month we head up north to the FnC or something simialr.

I wont be able to make all the runs with my shift work, but all i can do is try

Well... the original intention was:

2 meetings every month:

1st Wed = Fish & Chips up North
3rd Wed = Steak & Mash (or Burgers) down South

Both are 7pm starts.

2 MEETINGS A MONTH SOUNDS A LITTLE SATURATED....

1 A MONTH IS PROBABLY THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HOMO MX5 A MONTH.....

i think if you had 2 a month, you would find participation will drop to about 4 cars each meet............

But you'll also find the crowd that goes to F&C is very different from the ones who goes to S&M.

For example, only 5 out of the 11 (?) cars are of people who would make the trip to both runs (Hjt, Regie, wassup, Eren and I).

Let's try and see how it goes? If it gets a little 'overcooked' then we can spread it out again.

*It's just an excuse (to the Mrs) to catch up ;)

some good points there..

2 a month may be a bit excessive, but there is no harm in trying.

Im sure there are more people apart from myself that wont make every meet dues to work/uni etc etc.

im keen to give it a go, see how the turnout goes.

ive got a few different ideas for the southside meets...bistro meal, pizza at Kurnell, Burgers and a few more etc etc.

Next month, lets try 2 meets in the month...hell the mexicans (vic's) have a weekly meet at the Garage Cafe
