I think it was inevitable that your car would come under police scrutiny.
It would almost be insulting if this car wasn't pulled over.

Re: charlie's na6
Update:
Hey guys. So after the big trip to sydney theres been some maintenance to do
First port of call was the manifold. We decided to make a new collector and get it done properly so it doesn't break. Also fabbed up some braces to give support to the collector part of the manifold so hopefully nothing like that happens again

Manifold bolted up w//braces

New collector

All off again to get ceramic coated
Other things on the list was the centre console which i had to break to get to my window switch to see what happened, oil change and filter and fix a couple of cracks in the exhaust when the exhaust bottomed out
That all will be done this week so it shouldnt be long till i have my car back on the road.
Got the Garage Star rear tow hook in the mail yesterday as well. As soon as i opened it i knew it was quality. Beefy as hell and was gonna look good. Went and fitted it up and couldnt be happier.. With the bumper cut i thought it might sit low but im really happy with the height. Its strong enough to jack up from and looks cool
Once again an awesome product from Ken @ Garage Star. Could not be happier.

You have got a great attitude as some people would be totally peeved about the police attention.
That collector and bracing looks good.
I reckon if you left your big wing off your police worries would go away.

I really think the number plate is just as bad. Having personalized plates was probs a bad idea haha
might sell them soon.

Having any personal plates thats got something to do with the cars character is a bad idea, especially if the cars been modified to the extent like yours.

I know a guy who (with a combo of letters and numbers) has GUILTY as his plates. Needless to say he's lost a LOT of points from his licence...

The beauty with this cluster is that its all standalone so makes it easy to installAlso being able to display 4 readings at once and with a button to flick through makes it a lot easier and safer for me to know whats going on.
How do you propose to do the normal warning lights (indicators, high beam, lights, alternator etc) when you install your dash? If you haven't solved this problem let me know as I'm considering the Racepak dash. Anyway I'm going to start discussing this with MX5 Plus and the possible solution, however it would be silly to do this as a seperate exercise considering your plans.
